Ingredients

- 1 oz Coconut Rum (e.g. Malibu)
- 1 oz Blue Curaçao liqueur
- 1 oz Pineapple Juice
- 1 oz Cream of Coconut (optional but adds richness)
- Ice cubes
- Optional toppings: Whipped cream, Blue and yellow sugar sprinkles, Maraschino cherries, Fresh pineapple chunks
Instructions
- Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice.
- Pour in coconut rum, blue curaçao, pineapple juice, and cream of coconut.
- Shake vigorously for 15–20 seconds until chilled and slightly frothy.
- Strain into chilled shot glasses or small cocktail glasses.
- Add whipped cream, sprinkles, and a maraschino cherry. Garnish with a small pineapple wedge if desired.
Notes
- For a frozen blended version, add all ingredients to a blender with a handful of ice and blend until smooth.
- Serve in tall glasses for a beachy, vacation-style look.
