Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan with nonstick spray.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine milk, melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gently fold in fresh blueberries into the wet mixture.
- Pour the batter into the donut pan, filling each cavity halfway.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and springy to touch.
- Allow cooling for five minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
- Drizzle with a simple glaze made from powdered sugar if desired.
