  • 12 oz penne pasta (or your favorite kind)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 ½ cups cooked chicken breast, chopped (grilled or shredded)
  • ¾ cup buffalo sauce (adjust to spice level)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp chopped green onions or parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Boil pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Stir in buffalo sauce and heavy cream. Whisk together until smooth.
  4. Lower the heat and slowly mix in Parmesan and mozzarella until melted and creamy.
  5. Add cooked chicken to the sauce, then toss in the pasta. Stir well until evenly coated.
  6. Taste and season with salt and pepper if needed. Top with green onions or parsley for a pop of color.
