- 12 oz penne pasta (or your favorite kind)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 ½ cups cooked chicken breast, chopped (grilled or shredded)
- ¾ cup buffalo sauce (adjust to spice level)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tbsp chopped green onions or parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Boil pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Stir in buffalo sauce and heavy cream. Whisk together until smooth.
- Lower the heat and slowly mix in Parmesan and mozzarella until melted and creamy.
- Add cooked chicken to the sauce, then toss in the pasta. Stir well until evenly coated.
- Taste and season with salt and pepper if needed. Top with green onions or parsley for a pop of color.
Notes
- Optional Add-Ons: Add a drizzle of ranch or blue cheese dressing on top.
- Mix in sautéed spinach or broccoli for a balanced meal.
- Sprinkle extra mozzarella on top and broil for 2–3 minutes for a cheesy crust.
