Chicken Crescent Roll Ups

Description

Delicious chicken crescent roll ups filled with creamy cheese and a kick of hot sauce.


Ingredients

  • 2½ cups cooked chopped chicken
  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 Tbsp ranch dressing mix
  • ¼ cup Frank’s hot sauce or wing sauce
  • 2 (8-oz) cans refrigerated crescent rolls

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375ºF. Line baking sheets with parchment paper. Set aside.
  2. Combine cooked chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, ranch seasoning, and hot sauce. Set aside.
  3. Unroll each can of crescent rolls. Press perforations to seal. Cut each sheet of crescent dough into 8 squares. You will have a total of 16 squares.
  4. Spoon chicken mixture onto squares. Bring 4 corners of each dough square up over filling; press edges to seal. Place on prepared baking sheets.
  5. Bake 18 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.

Notes

  • For an extra kick, add more hot sauce to the chicken mixture.
  • These are best served warm and can be frozen before baking.
