- 2 large eggs

- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
For the Pizza Toppings:
- ½ cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ¼ tsp dried oregano or Italian seasoning
- Your favorite toppings (pepperoni, mushrooms, bell peppers, olives, etc.)
Instructions
Step 1: Prep the Cabbage
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add shredded cabbage and cook for 3–4 minutes until slightly softened.
- Transfer the cabbage to a mixing bowl and let it cool for a few minutes.
Step 2: Make the Cabbage Crust
- Once cooled, add eggs, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the cabbage.
- Mix everything until well combined.
- Line a baking sheet or pizza pan with parchment paper and grease lightly with oil.
- Spread the cabbage mixture into a thin, even layer about 10–12 inches wide.
- Bake for 20 minutes, or until the edges are golden and crispy.
Step 3: Add Toppings & Bake Again
- Remove the crust from the oven and spread pizza sauce evenly on top.
- Sprinkle with mozzarella, Parmesan, and your favorite toppings.
- Return to the oven and bake for another 10–12 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
Step 4: Slice & Enjoy!
- Let the pizza cool slightly before slicing.
- Sprinkle with oregano or red pepper flakes for extra flavor.
