Ingredients

Scale

For the Cabbage Crust:

  • 3 cups shredded cabbage
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

For the Pizza Toppings:

  • ½ cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ tsp dried oregano or Italian seasoning
  • Your favorite toppings (pepperoni, mushrooms, bell peppers, olives, etc.)

Instructions

Step 1: Prep the Cabbage

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add shredded cabbage and cook for 3–4 minutes until slightly softened.
  4. Transfer the cabbage to a mixing bowl and let it cool for a few minutes.

Step 2: Make the Cabbage Crust

  1. Once cooled, add eggs, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the cabbage.
  2. Mix everything until well combined.
  3. Line a baking sheet or pizza pan with parchment paper and grease lightly with oil.
  4. Spread the cabbage mixture into a thin, even layer about 10–12 inches wide.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes, or until the edges are golden and crispy.

Step 3: Add Toppings & Bake Again

  1. Remove the crust from the oven and spread pizza sauce evenly on top.
  2. Sprinkle with mozzarella, Parmesan, and your favorite toppings.
  3. Return to the oven and bake for another 10–12 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.

Step 4: Slice & Enjoy!

  • Let the pizza cool slightly before slicing.
  • Sprinkle with oregano or red pepper flakes for extra flavor.
  • Serve warm and enjoy your crispy, cheesy cabbage pizza!

Notes

  • For extra crispy crust, bake at 425°F (220°C) and let it cool before adding toppings.
  • To make it dairy-free, use dairy-free cheese or omit the Parmesan.
  • For a stovetop version, cook the crust in a large skillet over medium heat, then add toppings and cover until the cheese melts.
  • Meal prep tip: Pre-bake the crust, store it in the fridge, and add toppings when ready to eat!
