- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil (or melted butter for richer cookies)
- Optional mix-ins (choose 1–2 cups total):

Instructions
- Prep the Dough: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper. In a large mixing bowl, add cake mix, eggs, and oil. Mix until a soft, thick cookie dough forms. Tip: If adding mix-ins, fold them in now.
- Shape the Cookies: Scoop about 1 to 1.5 tablespoons of dough per cookie. Roll into balls and place on the baking sheet, spaced about 2 inches apart.
- Bake: Bake for 9–12 minutes, depending on cookie size. Cookies should be set around the edges but slightly soft in the center.
- Cool: Let cookies cool on the tray for 5 minutes, then transfer to a rack. They firm up as they cool.
