Description
A delicious twist on traditional tacos, the Cheeseburger Crunch Wrap combines the flavors of a cheeseburger with the convenience of a wrap.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 packet taco seasoning (or salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika)
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 2 tbsp diced onions (optional)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup nacho cheese sauce or shredded American cheese
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 tomato, diced
- Sour cream (optional)
- Large flour tortillas (burrito size)
- Small corn tostadas or crunchy tortilla chips
- Butter or oil (for grilling)
Instructions
- Heat oil in a skillet, add ground beef.
- Cook until browned. Add seasoning, ketchup, mustard, and onions.
- Simmer 2–3 minutes and set aside.
- Warm tortillas to make folding easier.
- In the center of each tortilla, scoop cooked beef.
- Add shredded cheese and nacho cheese.
- Place tostada or crunchy chips on top for the crunch.
- Add lettuce, tomatoes, and a spoon of sour cream (optional).
- Fold tortilla edges inward in a circular motion to close wrap tightly.
- Heat a skillet on medium with butter or oil.
- Place wrap seam-side down.
- Cook 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
Notes
- Want extra crunch? Add crushed Doritos or cheese-flavored chips.
- Swap ground beef for turkey or chicken for a lighter version.
