Delicious Chicken Avocado Ranch Burritos filled with shredded chicken, fresh avocado, and ranch dressing, perfect for a quick meal.

- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing (or more to taste)
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup diced cucumber (optional)
- 1–2 cups chopped lettuce
- 2–3 large flour tortillas
- 1 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- Olive oil or butter, for toasting
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, ranch dressing, diced tomatoes, diced red onion, diced cucumber (if using), and cilantro. Mix gently until everything is evenly coated.
- Add the diced avocado and fold it in gently so it stays chunky. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt, pepper, or extra ranch.
- Heat each tortilla in a dry skillet or microwave until soft and flexible.
- Lay each tortilla flat and add a layer of chopped lettuce and a generous scoop of the chicken-ranch-avocado mix, spreading it evenly toward the center.
- Fold sides inward, then roll tightly from bottom to top.
- Heat a skillet with a little olive oil or butter. Toast burritos seam-side down until golden and slightly crispy. Flip and toast the other side.
Notes
- Serve with extra ranch dressing, salsa or pico de gallo, lime wedges, and chips and guac.
- For added flavor, season the chicken with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, and pepper before mixing.
