  • 12 ounces egg noodles (or fettuccine)
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook egg noodles according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Pat chicken dry and season both sides with garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook for 6–7 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet, let rest for a few minutes, then slice.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine. Add Parmesan cheese and simmer until the sauce thickens slightly (about 3–4 minutes). Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Add the cooked noodles into the sauce and toss until coated evenly. Top with sliced chicken and garnish with fresh parsley.
  5. Serve immediately while warm — the buttery garlic sauce coats every bite for the ultimate comfort meal!
