Description

Ingredients

  • 2 English cucumbers
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp dill
  • 2 tbsp white vinegar

  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 red onion (optional)

Instructions

  1. Peel the cucumbers and slice them thinly. Place them in a large bowl.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together sour cream, dill, vinegar, salt, sugar, and garlic powder until smooth.
  3. Pour the dressing over the cucumbers and toss gently to coat.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving to enhance flavors.
