Description
A refreshing cucumber salad with a creamy dill dressing.
Ingredients

- 2 English cucumbers
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp dill
- 2 tbsp white vinegar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 red onion (optional)
Instructions
- Peel the cucumbers and slice them thinly. Place them in a large bowl.
- In a small bowl, mix together sour cream, dill, vinegar, salt, sugar, and garlic powder until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the cucumbers and toss gently to coat.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving to enhance flavors.
Notes
- This salad is best served chilled.
- For added crunch, include chopped red onion.
