- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 packet taco seasoning (optional for a flavor kick)
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup (or cream of chicken)
- 1 block (8 oz) cream cheese, cubed and softened
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (or cheddar + mozzarella mix)
- 12 oz medium pasta shells
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Drain grease.
- Add cooked beef, ranch seasoning, taco seasoning, beef broth, and cream of mushroom soup to the crockpot. Stir well.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 4–6 hours (or HIGH for 2–3 hours).
- About 30 minutes before serving, stir in the uncooked pasta shells and cubed cream cheese.
- Mix well, then cover again until pasta is tender. Stir occasionally to keep it from sticking.
- Stir in shredded cheese until melted and creamy.
- Top with extra cheese and a sprinkle of fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- Swap beef for ground turkey or chicken for a lighter option.
- Add spinach or mushrooms for extra veggies.
- Use pepper jack cheese if you want a spicy kick.
