Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 packet taco seasoning (optional for a flavor kick)
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup (or cream of chicken)
  • 1 block (8 oz) cream cheese, cubed and softened
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (or cheddar + mozzarella mix)
  • 12 oz medium pasta shells
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Drain grease.
  2. Add cooked beef, ranch seasoning, taco seasoning, beef broth, and cream of mushroom soup to the crockpot. Stir well.
  3. Cover and cook on LOW for 4–6 hours (or HIGH for 2–3 hours).
  4. About 30 minutes before serving, stir in the uncooked pasta shells and cubed cream cheese.
  5. Mix well, then cover again until pasta is tender. Stir occasionally to keep it from sticking.
  6. Stir in shredded cheese until melted and creamy.
  7. Top with extra cheese and a sprinkle of fresh parsley before serving.
