Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp gelatin powder
  • 1 piece of parchment paper for lining

Instructions

  1. Line a round springform pan with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare the sponge cake according to package instructions or your favorite recipe.
  3. In a separate bowl, heat 1 tbsp gelatin powder gently until fully dissolved, then mix it into the whipped cream.
  4. Fold in mixed berries gently to maintain their shape.
  5. Layer half of the berry mixture over the sponge cake in the prepared mold.
  6. Add another layer of sponge cake, then top with the remaining berry mixture. Smooth the top.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least four hours or overnight before serving.

Notes
