- 2 large eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup white chocolate chunks (or chips)
- ½ cup holiday sprinkles (red, green, white)
- Optional: extra chocolate chips & sprinkles for topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until creamy (about 2–3 minutes).
- Add the eggs and vanilla and mix until combined.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture. Mix until just combined—don’t overmix.
- Fold in chocolate chips, white chocolate chunks, and sprinkles.
- Scoop large dough balls (2–3 tbsp each) for thick bakery-style cookies.
- Press a few extra chocolate chips & sprinkles on top so they look festive once baked.
- Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until edges are lightly golden and centers look slightly underbaked.
- Let cool on the pan for 5 minutes, then move to a rack.

- Chill the dough 20–30 minutes for thicker cookies.
- Add more white chocolate on top right after baking.
