Description

Delicious and nutritious protein oat bars perfect for a healthy snack.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup protein powder (vanilla recommended)
  • 1/2 cup honey or pure maple syrup
  • 1 cup chopped almonds or pecans
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds or flaxseeds
  • 1/2 cup dried fruits (raisins or cranberries)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix rolled oats, protein powder, chopped nuts, and seeds.
  3. Drizzle honey or maple syrup over the mixture and stir until evenly coated.
  4. Spread the mixture on a lined baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through for even browning.
  6. Remove from the oven and stir in dried fruits once cooled slightly.
  7. Let cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
