Description
A quick and delicious meal featuring ground beef cooked in a sweet and spicy hot honey sauce, served over rice.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 cups cooked white rice (or jasmine rice)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- ⅓ cup hot honey
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp sriracha (adjust to taste)
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- ½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart. Drain excess fat if needed.
- Stir in garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add soy sauce, hot honey, rice vinegar, sriracha, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes.
- Simmer for 5–7 minutes until sticky and glossy.
- Spoon hot rice into bowls and top with hot honey beef.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve warm.

- Optional add-ons include soft-boiled egg, steamed broccoli, cucumber slices, and chili oil drizzle.
