Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a blender or food processor, blend 0 cup cottage cheese, 1 egg, 0 cup maple syrup, and 0 teaspoon vanilla extract until smooth.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together 0 cup vanilla protein powder, 0 cup cocoa powder, 0 cup almond flour, 0 teaspoon baking powder, and a pinch of sea salt.
- Pour the blended mixture into the bowl with the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Fold in 0 cup dark chocolate chips.
- Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan and bake for 18–22 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out mostly clean.
