Description
Mini Big Mac Cheeseburgers are a fun and delicious twist on the classic Big Mac, perfect for parties or family gatherings.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pack of 12 slider buns (Hawaiian or sesame seed dinner rolls work great)
- 1 lb ground beef (80/20 blend for juiciness)
- Salt & pepper (to taste)
- 6 slices American cheese
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- ½ cup dill pickles, sliced
- ½ cup diced onions
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp French dressing (or Thousand Island)
- 1 tbsp sweet pickle relish
- 1 tsp yellow mustard
- ½ tsp white vinegar
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp paprika
Instructions
- Make the Sauce: Mix all sauce ingredients in a small bowl. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes so the flavors meld.
- Cook the Beef: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Press ground beef evenly into a 9×13 baking dish or sheet pan. Season with salt & pepper. Bake for 15–20 minutes until cooked through. Drain grease. Place cheese slices evenly on top and let melt.
- Assemble the Sliders: Slice slider buns in half horizontally (keeping them attached). Spread sauce on the bottom half of the buns. Layer with beef & cheese, onions, pickles, and shredded lettuce. Add the top buns and brush lightly with melted butter + sesame seeds (optional).
- Bake & Serve: Cover with foil and bake for 10 minutes to warm through. Slice into individual sliders and serve hot!
Notes
- For an extra “Big Mac” touch, you can add a second layer of buns in the middle (like the triple-decker burger).
