This delicious cinnamon swirl bundt cake is perfect for any occasion!

- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup milk
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2–3 tbsp milk
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt pan.
- Whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in sour cream and vanilla.
- Gradually combine dry ingredients with milk, mixing until just combined.
- Mix brown sugar and cinnamon for the swirl. Layer half the batter in the bundt pan, sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar mixture, top with remaining batter, and gently swirl.
- Bake for 50–60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool before serving.
