  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 23 tbsp milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt pan.
  2. Whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  3. In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in sour cream and vanilla.
  4. Gradually combine dry ingredients with milk, mixing until just combined.
  5. Mix brown sugar and cinnamon for the swirl. Layer half the batter in the bundt pan, sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar mixture, top with remaining batter, and gently swirl.
  6. Bake for 50–60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool before serving.
