Description

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a shallow dish, mix together the Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs.
  3. In another dish, beat the eggs and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Place the flour in a third dish.
  5. Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip in the egg mixture, and then coat with the Parmesan and breadcrumb mixture.
  6. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and sear the chicken breasts until golden brown on both sides.
  7. Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.
  8. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  9. Add heavy cream to the skillet and simmer until thickened, stirring frequently.
  10. Serve the chicken topped with the creamy garlic sauce and garnish with fresh parsley.
