- 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup salted butter
- 1 cup dark brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups quartered miniature Reese’s peanut butter cups
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375ºF.
- In a stand mixer, cream together the peanut butter and salted butter until well blended.
- Mix in dark brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, egg, and vanilla extract until combined.
- Gradually add the flour and mix just until incorporated.
- Stir in the Reese’s peanut butter cups and mini chocolate chips.
- Scoop the dough onto parchment-lined baking sheets using a cookie scoop.
- Lightly press down each dough ball with a glass dipped in sugar to shape them.
- Bake for about 10 minutes until lightly golden.
- Allow to cool on the baking sheet for 3-5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
- Make sure to use a glass dipped in sugar for pressing the dough balls for a nice finish.
- Store in an airtight container for freshness.
