- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme or parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place sweet potato rounds on the baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Toss to coat evenly.
