  • 1 cup rice
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup queso cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the steak pieces and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned.
  3. In a separate pot, bring beef broth to a boil and add rice. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer until rice is cooked.
  4. Once the rice is cooked, stir in the queso cheese until melted and creamy.
  5. Combine the cooked steak with the queso rice and mix well.
  6. Garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.
