- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts (or thighs), sliced thin

- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp paprika
- Salt & black pepper (to taste)
- ½ cup sweet chili sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 cup baby spinach (or lettuce)
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- ½ cup cucumber, sliced thin (optional for crunch)
- ½ red onion, thinly sliced (optional)
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar (optional, for melty goodness)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season chicken with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Cook 6–8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until chicken is golden and cooked through.
- Reduce heat and stir in sweet chili sauce, coating the chicken well.
- Warm tortillas slightly (in a skillet or microwave) to make them pliable.
- Layer with spinach, carrots, cucumber, and red onion.
- Add saucy chicken on top.
- Sprinkle with cheese if using.
- Fold in the sides, then roll up tightly into a wrap.
- For extra flavor, toast the wrap in a skillet for 1–2 minutes per side until golden.
- Slice in half and serve warm.
Notes
- Add sriracha or crushed red pepper flakes for extra heat.
- Swap tortillas for naan or flatbread for a different texture.
- Make it a meal prep option by storing cooked chicken separately and assembling wraps fresh.
