Ingredients

- 2 oz orange juice (freshly squeezed is best)
- 1 oz lime juice
- 1 oz simple syrup (or honey syrup — 1:1 honey and hot water mixed)
- 2 oz sparkling water or club soda (for the fizz)
- Ice cubes
- For garnish: Orange slice
- Fresh cranberries
- Brown sugar & cinnamon for the rim
Instructions
- Prepare the glass: Mix brown sugar and cinnamon on a small plate. Run an orange slice around the rim of the glass, then dip into the sugar-cinnamon mix to coat.
- Mix the drink: In a shaker (or jar with lid), combine cranberry juice, orange juice, lime juice, and simple syrup. Shake or stir well.
- Assemble: Fill the prepared glass with ice. Pour the juice mixture over ice, then top with sparkling water.
- Garnish: Add a few fresh cranberries and an orange slice for that festive Thanksgiving touch.
