- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise

- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil for frying
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the drained tuna, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, cheese, onion, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
- Form the mixture into patties, about 2-3 inches in diameter.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Fry the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
- Remove from skillet and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
- Serve warm, optionally with additional cheese melted on top.

- For a healthier option, you can bake the patties in the oven at 375°F for 15-20 minutes.
