  • 1/2 cup candied pecans
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (or white wine vinegar)
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp minced garlic
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Add the mixed greens to a large salad bowl.
  2. Top with orange segments, pomegranate seeds, candied pecans, and crumbled feta.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness or acidity as needed.
  5. Pour the dressing over the salad right before serving.
